This is a perfect address for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together. This magnificent property is only 30 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany (Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Argentario, etc…). Born as an agriturismo, it is the owner’s will that leads us to propose it for rent in its entirety with the exclusivity of the swimming pool.
Accommodation
The house is divided into 4 flats, namely two 6-person flats, one on the ground floor which is the larger flat has a large kitchen and also a table for 16 people, the other is on the first floor. And two 2-person flats (each flat has a double sofa bed in the living room).
A beautiful terrace
Outside, a beautiful covered terrace allows you to eat together in the shade of the sun. A barbecue and children’s games are available.
Equipment
The house has a good wifi connection and air-conditioning, there is a larger flat which is the ideal place for cooking together (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
Near Montemassi
The charming medieval village of Montemassi is only 500m away on foot, where you can find a grocery shop (bread, meat, cheese and basic necessities) and two small restaurants. This is a very good value for money address in a region that has retained much of its authenticity.
